Sam has been so very helpful to me, Peter and Riley these past years. Calm, knowledgeable, patient, and community oriented, Sam has helped track packages, get passport applications and photographs done at the last minute. He has personally delivered packages to the post office during the pandemic restrictions. Sam has called me at home to personally relay information about the best way to ship packages internationally. I prefer to support local businesses... mom and pop or mom or pop shops. I have confidence in Sam and trust his recommendations.

Arbor Pack 'N' Mail shipped a few items to me that I had bought from Schmidt's Antiques auction & everything from start to finish was perfect & with very competitive pricing.
