Terrific experience! Our unit is located on a steep roof and Jason scrambled up the roof like Spider-Man! . He quickly accessed the problem and was able to fix it for now and recommended what to do to keep our 20 year old unit running until we could have it replaced in the future. The whole experience was positive and friendly. There are a lot of choices in heating and air repair - I feel like I got the best choice with Air Tech Pro!
Jason came out for ac and furnace tuneup for my two properties on the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended what repairs or replacement need to be done with possible outcomes and benefits. It was a great experience all around. I wish Jason the best. The company should promote this guy so he can share his approach to customers. Or does the company only hire good ones?
Air Tech installed our current AC system two years ago when our previous system died. At the time, they did a terrific job and exceeded our expectations. Recently, they contacted us regarding scheduling a free annual maintenance visit and performed the service this morning. Much like the original installation, the service provided was outstanding! Eric was the tech assigned to us and he did not disappoint. He was on-time, professional, and thoroughly explained what he was doing while providing great recommendations to extend the life of our system. I should also mention that last year, Air Tech also replaced our water heater and our experience was the same. We highly recommend them!
After taking the time to meet with 4 different hvac companies I chose this one. Why? Because they did not try to automatically sell me a whole new system. They wanted to fix what I had and go on from there. And you know what? I have a great working ac system again. The honesty of the employees literally saved me $5k; plus they were able to come and install the new part 3 days after they came to see what I had. It was a breath of fresh air to work with this company.
Mike was fantastic, professional and very knowledgeable. He made a thorough inspection and took his time too ensure everything was working properly.
